Panelists will break down what apprenticeships look like, steps to get started, and the wide range of trades youth can explore. The session will also highlight entrepreneurship as a path to leadership, creativity, and community impact.

This session introduces youth to the world of STEAM through real stories, innovation, creativity, and problem-solving. Panelists will share how curiosity and exploration led them into fields of technology, engineering, design, research, and creativity. Youth will learn about emerging industries, mentorship opportunities, and how both technical and artistic skills shape the future of work.
