ABOUT EVENT

The Uncover Your Essence (UYE) Youth Conference is dedicated to inspiring youth aged 13–18 through dynamic and engaging programming. Our annual youth conference brings together expert speakers, resources and hands-on activities across a wide range of fields, including health & wellbeing, entrepreneurship, STEM, the arts, leadership & confidence, apprenticeships, education and more.

The event is designed to foster personal growth, build connection, and help young people explore their full potential while discovering new and unique opportunities and pathways for their future.

FUN & KNOWLEDGE HUB

The Fun & Knowledge Hub is an interactive space where youth can explore resources, programs, and career pathways available to them right now and in the near future. Featuring local organizations, community groups, and government departments, the Hub encourages hands-on engagement, conversation, and discovery.

Through interactive activities and meaningful connections, youth can ask questions, learn about opportunities, and build relationships with accessible, local representatives who are invested in their growth and success.

BREAKOUTS

The Uncover Your Essence Conference is excited to bring inspiring role models directly to youth through engaging breakout sessions. These interactive sessions cover a wide range of topics, including health & wellbeing, entrepreneurship, apprenticeships, leadership, self-confidence, the arts, education and more.

Each breakout session is designed to foster growth, build connection, and support youth in reaching their full potential; while exposing them to real-life experiences and pathways they may not have thought of. All speakers are local youth, professionals and/or community leaders who are not only relatable, but also accessible during and after the conference, making it easier for youth to ask questions, build relationships, and explore real-world pathways.
