Jenna Kedy
Jenna Kedy is a 21-year-old healthcare advocate, public speaker, and storyteller born and raised in Halifax, Nova Scotia. A chronic illness and mental health warrior since childhood, Jenna is proudly neurodivergent with a learning disability and has been advocating for patient voice since the age of 14. She serves on the Canadian Medical Association Patient Voice Board, the Provincial Youth Advisory Council for Nova Scotia’s Anchor Youth Space, mentors with the IMPaCT Trials Program, and contributes as a patient partner with the University of Manitoba pharmacy program, CIHI’s DCS group, and the Health Partners Health Advisory Network.
Brighter Futures
This session supports youth in understanding wellness as a foundation for success in every area of life. Panelists will discuss physical health, nutrition, rest, emotional well-being, stress management, and building healthy routines. The conversation emphasizes self-awareness, seeking support when needed, and creating sustainable habits that support both confidence and resilience.
