Deborah Sanni
Deborah Sanni is an ecosystem builder, partnerships strategist, and community leader who has lived in Atlantic Canada for the past decade. With more than seven years of experience in entrepreneurship, policy, and organizational development, she focuses on creating inclusive pathways for entrepreneurs to access networks, capital, and opportunities. She is the Co-founder of CXRE Labs and a consultant known for designing high-impact programs and fostering cross-sector collaboration to strengthen startup ecosystems. Deborah also serves on the Advisory Council to the Deputy Minister of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and chairs the HR Committee on the Board of TEAMWork Cooperative, advocating for inclusive innovation and more equitable immigration policy.

The session will also highlight entrepreneurship as a path to leadership, creativity, and community impact.
