Deborah Sanni

Deborah Sanni is an ecosystem builder, partnerships strategist, and community leader who has called Atlantic Canada home for the past decade. With over seven years of experience across entrepreneurship, policy, and organizational development, she is passionate about creating inclusive pathways for entrepreneurs and changemakers to access the networks, capital, and opportunities needed to thrive.
Deborah is the Co-founder of CXRE Labs, and is a consultant known for designing and managing high-impact programs and cultivating cross-sector collaborations, she has built a reputation as a founder-first strategist committed to strengthening startup ecosystems through partnership, visibility, and intentional community design.
She currently serves on the Advisory Council to the Deputy Minister of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), advocating for more equitable and human-centered immigration policy, and chairs the HR Committee on the Board of TEAMWork Cooperative. Deeply committed to diaspora engagement and inclusive innovation, Deborahworks to mobilize knowledge, networks, and capital across communities. Curious and globally minded, she finds joy in exploring new cultures, connecting with people, and contributing to a more inclusive and equitable world.
