Kyle Sarka is a principal in the Halifax Regional Centre for Education and is in his fifteenth year of teaching. Kyle has a background in supporting diverse learners, school guidance, and leadership and has a wide array of experience in the classroom, in student services, and in administration. Kyle is passionate about student success, and dismantling any barriers that prevent it. Kyle is passionate about equity, student centred approaches, and community building. One of Kyle’s strengths is his relational approach to learning. He is excited to join this panel and be a participating member of the Uncover Your Essence Conference
