Kai Lyngo, from Truro, N.S, is a graduating student at Cobequid Educational Centre and an accomplished student-athlete who will be attending Mount Allison University this fall to study Psychology. As part of the 2026 recruiting class, Kai will also join the Mounties as a defensive back, continuing his football career. This past season, Kai served as a CEC Cougars team captain, was named a Division 1 All-Star at his position, and distinguished himself through his resilience, discipline, and relentless commitment to excellence both on and off the field. Kai’s passion for personal growth and mental health support fuels his dedication to his future goals, as he hopes to one day use his education to support others in meaningful and lasting ways.
